ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage department workload and organization.

Provide complete administration and responsibility of customer accounts in your own portfolio (by region) and oversee other regions as administered by assistant.

Oversee Key accounts, including regular communication with customers and sales team and the maintenance of tracker spreadsheets to monitor all information.

Maintain regular reporting and analysis, for example; despatch reports, orders in system, customer revenue, backordered product etc to ensure all information is correct and orders are serviced efficiently and accurately.

Deal with returns/exchanges as necessary.

Liaise with agents as necessary and provide reporting as requested.
